What started out as a furled leader business is fast becoming a packaging business. We now have our EXCLUSIVE ZDO Feather / Craft bags. These bags are perfect for hackle, saddle, pheasant tail, peacock hurl, flash, flashabou, and anything else that has a prominent grain. The unique patent pending feature about these bags is simple and unique. They have zippers on both ends. Various sizes available, and custom orders are welcome. In addition to ZDO Bags, we provide furled leaders and Bimini twist tippets at very reasonable prices. These are well made leaders and tippets that simplify the fly fishing experience. If changing fly sizes, just change tippets, and not the entire leader. Furled leaders have been around for centuries, constructed from horsehair, gut, or silk. They have lost popularity with the creation of mono and fluoro materials. At the same time, the suppleness, and fly presentation has been compromised. With improved materials, such as nylon, thread, and fluorocarbon, furled leaders are making a fast comeback. We create ours using waxed polyester fly tying thread and fluorocarbon tippet material. Bimini twist tippets have been a necessity within the saltwater community for awhile now. These tippets aid tippet turnover and presentation. Especially when using larger flies and spinners. They help continue the taper when using furled and braided leaders, while providing an extremely strong loop knot. These tippets are an exceptional value compared to competitive products.
